Catering Terms & Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • We do not except cancellations within (5) days of your event date. No exceptions. If you still want to cancel your event your initial deposit will not refunded. Reason Why: Our cancellation fees are a result of the volume of catering affairs we service.  All catering jobs are planned (1) week prior to the event date and because we are dealing with a live product that is imported from another state
  • A great portion of each affair is completed the prior week of you event. (paper goods, beverages, condiments, live product sometimes even flown in from out of state or picked up from out of state. (lobsters flown and crawfish transported from Louisiana to Texas)
  • Reductions in the n umber of services attendees must be requested at least 48 hours in advance prior to the day of service.  Any reductions made less than 48 hours prior to the day of service are subject to a 20% service charge.
  • Cancellations made within (30) days are subject to a non refundable booking deposit. Reason: Once you book and secure your event date, we remove (1) spot from our available bookings for that date.  Which means, we will turn away business and possible other company bookings because you have already secured that date for your event.


It is not our wish for anyone or any company to cancel their event for any reason.  If you think you may need to cancel your event, please contact our office immediately to discuss other options and possible rescheduling dates.  We will work with you to try and reschedule your event for a future date. We will also give your a credit towards any other future bookings and apply the original booking deposit to that event.
